Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3 weeks for your order to be produced and processed as each piece is made to order. Once processed, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

 

FREE LOCAL PICK UP (St. John’s, NL) You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up with detailed information regarding pick-up. If you cannot make the specified day and time, we are happy to work something out to accommodate you.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY - $5 Flat Rate (St. John's, NL) Local Delivery is only available within an 8km radius of our production studio and applies to St. John's addresses only. Please select ship at checkout, enter your address, and select 'Local Delivery' if the address you entered is within our range for delivery service which you will see noted on the following page. You will receive an email once your order has been delivered.

 

CANADIAN ORDERS Canadian shipping usually takes between 7-14 days.

Allday Leisure is not responsible for the reimbursement or compensation of any packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled after being received by the post office. 

Allday Leisure is not responsible for unexpected and late delivery times.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and the products that you receive, we can offer you an exchange for the same product in a different size or colour depending on availability or an item of equal or lesser value, or we can send you a credit for our store. 

Due to our small quantity, made-to-order based production, we do not allow full refunds in order to minimize textile wastage and to further support our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices. 

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit, or exchange. 

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, masks and sale items.

Returns + Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, confirm availability of the new item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange related fees, including shipping, duty and taxes.
